If your alarm is monitored by Pacific Security Technology and someone enters your property and triggers the alarm, our monitoring centre will quickly dispatch a guard to thoroughly check your property, if that is your instruction to us. Alternatively, we can instigate whatever other response you may have instructed us to carry out on your behalf.

If the intruder is still on site the guard will call for backup either from their own resources or from the police. When the danger has passed we'll follow your instructions and call you or your nominee. The guard will remain on site until the building has been secured. Finally they'll provide a written report on the incident for you and your insurance company. We can recommend a guard company to you if you don't have one.
