Each CCTV system that is installed by our company is properly configured, thoroughly tested and verified to be in correct working condition exactly at the time of installation and handover.

When the customer accepts the system at the time of handover, they are agreeing that the installation, functionality, and performance of the system correspond to the agreed specifications.

In view of the above, please take note of the following:

  • The warranty will not apply to any changes made to system settings or configurations or passwords or programs that the customer or third party implements after they receive the product.
  • The statement defines all modifications which were executed to NVR Network Video Recorder system settings that include recording configuration and storage control and remote access arrangement and firmware installation and user permission settings.
  • This also includes modifications to cameras, changes to mobile app connectivity, network settings, or integration with other devices.
  • In case these alterations lead to system failure, loss of access, or degradation in performance, the repair works will be considered as chargeable service visits.
  • They will utilize the standard service rates for system diagnosis restoration to the real or functional state.
